Here we see Wareham Mayor Sauvageau arrive at 7:01pm for a 7:30pm open meeting he already knows is in the bag.
The 7:30pm meeting adjourned to executive session at 7:31pm.
If you haven't yet kissed goodbye Due Process, the Open Meeting Law and the Wareham Charter, now is a good time.
