Whoa boy it's a humdinger tonight!
Tiny Lopes came and painted a pretty dismal picture about the upkeep/maintenance of Onset and he's right - Onset is in bad disrepair
He didn't get an answer as to why from the BOS, but I'll answer it for him. Under the watch of the former dictatorship, municipal maintenance was cut from 40 to 5 workers. No corresponding cuts to your tax bill though.

Another guy, didn't catch his name, asked the BOS "Did you try hard to apply for some stimulus money, or were you too busy with computer audits?"

brendas and jane allies like eddie pasevititch and mr slavin came foward tonite complaining about limiting there membership on more than 2 commitees sating it was unamerican , i might agree with them if it was not for the fact larrey and liz were deliberataly tried to be kept off several commitees . i say we dont want the allies of jane and brenda on several commitees while people that support the policies of steve and cara are kept off commitees.

Debate on limiting the number of boards a person can be on - funny to hear Brenda talk about peoples' rights to be on committees, there were tons of people who were denied from being on a committee because they didn't tow the line of the former dictatorship.

Sooo....from that exchange it sounds like Winslow sent an email to fellow selectmen about thanking municipal maintenance for their work in finding a local couple's ring and one of the selectmen leaked that e-mail to Bobo. (Think we all have a good idea who don't we?)
Bobo went apeshit about the idea of Wheeler getting a cake and Winslow apparently never even mentioned Wheeler, just municipal maintenance.
