he said that the health care holiday was wrong ,it went threw and the money was sent to  the schools from the health care fund . now the state said our health care fund was not being funded properly so we raided our sabalization fund for the money to put back in the fund . this 1.2 million dollars could have bailed out our town and none of the cuts would have to be made.
