I'm sure there are laws Richard Bowen hasn't subverted or broken in his zeal to enable every slimy deal before this town over the last 15 years, but I can't think of one. He's every voter's worst nightmare. This BOS adore him. So did Sauvageau, Eckstrom and the Donahues, and for all the same shameless reasons.

bill you are exactly right ,the selectmen need to dump this crook and i know we can get the work done cheaper by other law firms.
