land isnt the problem we have 20 some acres in minot forest behind  the minot school  and makepeace say  they would give us land if we need it ,we could sell the old station and the land it sits on  which is worth 2 to  3 million and that would give us money for a building and if that is not enough then maybe makepeace or somebody elese would give us  some land we could sell  .  ehy arnt we thinking out side of the box.
