7. LICENSES AND PERMITS
a. Seasonal Liquor License Extension Request for Bay Point Club, 19 Bay Pointe Drive, Onset.
b. Request from the Wareham Village Association, c/o Anthi Frangiadis, P.O. Box 484, Wareham, MA for their annual Christmas Parade. The parade will begin at Besse Park to Main Street to Tremont Nail Parking lot on Saturday, December 8, 2012 (rain date December 9, 2012) at 3:00 p.m.

a. Special Legislation for sewer commissioners.
b. Funding source for contract 2.
c. Capping of betterment for contract 2.

9. TOWN BUSINESS
a. Approval of memorandum of understanding and management plan from the Division of Marine Fisheries.
b. Vote to execute TIFF agreement.
c. Discussion re. increase fees for municipal lien certificates.
d. Discussion re. TA hiring.
e. Donation of 55” TV from WCTV to COA.
f. Any other Town business not reasonably anticipated 48 hours prior to the posting of this meeting.
