these residents want to cap  there sewer betterments  at 16 k and have the rest of the town pay there betterment , why they say parkwood payed onlt 12 k and thay have to pay 22 k , and they say that they were part of the parkwood contract  ,they have a  point , jayne donahue who lived in parkwood saw to it that parkwood was split from the contract,, these oakdale , cromessett residents were secreed very badly , i think these residents should sew jayne and company in court , they have a case, .
