Hiring a compitent TA should have been this board's number one priority, lets hope one of those interviewed is just that..

the other nite 2 selectmen were ready to vote for a NEW TA ,cara and steve , the other 3 selectmen wre not, i dont understand you dont bring 3 canidates for TA for a vote and then not hire one , it was not fair to bring these canidates for an interview if it was not demmed that no one was qualified , something was wrong with the hireing process, the rumor is the other 3 selectmen want derick and that is why they voted that way, i feel sorry for any canidate for wareham TA who takes that job as in the last 25 years no TA in wareham has lasted more than 3 years,as the selectmen dont follow the charter and want to run things setting the next TA up for faliure.
