i heard the same story that the ig is investifating andrews for giving the contract to a frenid from the meriack valley, ,matt underhill recomend some one else to do the job  but he  andrews picked someone else and it is way over budget and there our problems with his frenids  work , i here someone blew the whistle on andrews and the ig has come in to investigate ,   influence peddiling?   kick backs?   who knows  , this is all according to the rumor mill.
