1... Wareham has been invaded by people fired from Lawrence.
2... Lawrence is in a financial mess Wareham is also.

Wareham is far enuf away in terms of mileage & media coverage that the Essex County Emigres feel that they can freely operate & con a new group of sycophants. Sorta like those dudes who show up in the summer to sealcoat your driveway, "with the leftovers from a prior job in the neighborhood".
