And the TA wants to hire an attorney (because he likes him) for an overbid of $100,000.00. When Andrews came to Wareham he had to work with an attorney that was a stranger to him (not anymore), so hire the low bidder and start working with a stranger, again. This "attorney" crap smells really rotten.

Sounds like another reason not to offer any Chief above and beyond a "market" rate.
Didn't Stanley just go ballistic because North Andover is proposing a budget cut of 80K (and 400K less than he requested)?
